About the Role

We're seeking a Customer Service Team Member to join our in-store team. As a key member of our service desk, you'll be responsible for providing top-notch service to our customers, answering their questions, and resolving any issues they may have.

Your Day-to-Day Responsibilities

* Answering customer inquiries and providing advice on products and services

* Processing returns, exchanges, refunds, and transfers

* Supporting our Loss Prevention team by assisting with security measures and ensuring store safety

* Helping supervise and support the Checkout area as needed, ensuring smooth transactions

* Excellent communication skills and a positive attitude

* Ability to work well under pressure and as part of a team

* Previous experience in retail, hospitality, or a customer-facing role is preferred
