Job Summary

The Senior Project Delivery Manager is a senior leadership position responsible for overseeing project delivery and clinical operations across the Asia-Pacific region. This role ensures the successful delivery of clinical trials by leading and developing high-performing teams, allocating resources effectively, and maintaining compliance with regulatory requirements.

Main Responsibilities
  • Recruit, develop, and manage project management and clinical operations staff.
  • Provide training, mentorship, and performance management to ensure high team engagement and effectiveness.
  • Foster a culture of collaboration, innovation, and continuous improvement.
  • Ensure clinical studies are implemented with high quality, within budget, and on time.
  • Oversight resource allocation for clinical research projects and drive operational efficiencies.
  • Identify and mitigate risks to maintain compliance with regulatory and ethical standards.
Requirements

To be considered for this role, you should have:

  • Bachelor's degree in a medical, science, or healthcare-related field, or equivalent experience.
  • Minimum 15 years of clinical research experience within a pharmaceutical company or CRO.
  • Proven leadership experience (8+ years) managing teams in clinical project management.
  • Strong knowledge of ICH/GCP and regulatory requirements.
  • Demonstrated ability to oversee multi-phase clinical trials across diverse therapeutic areas.
  • Fluency in Mandarin and English is essential.
  • Excellent interpersonal, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
