Role Description

In this role, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional support services to children and families. This involves working collaboratively with colleagues to develop and implement tailored support plans, engaging with community organizations and government agencies to optimize outcomes, and running programs in partnership with schools to address pressing social issues.

Your Key Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with diverse stakeholders to design and deliver effective support services.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with community organizations, schools, and government agencies.
  • Conduct thorough needs assessments and create personalized support plans for clients.
  • Monitor client progress, making data-driven decisions to enhance outcomes.
  • Engage in ongoing professional development to refine skills and knowledge.

About You

  • A Bachelor of Social Work degree and registration with the relevant governing body.
  • 1-2 years of experience working in a social work capacity, preferably in a similar context.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to connect with diverse groups.
  • A valid driver's license and access to a reliable vehicle.
  • Current Police Check and Children's Worker Safety Check.
