About the Opportunity

This is an exciting opportunity for a Team Leader to join our Land Development team in Tauranga and lead the delivery of complex projects.
You'll be responsible for providing technical and people leadership to a team of civil engineers and designers, ensuring efficient project delivery and maintaining excellent client relationships.
We have a wide range of projects across different sectors, including residential, commercial, and infrastructure, and we're committed to building long-term relationships with our clients.

Your Key Deliverables
  • Deliver high-quality projects that meet our clients' needs and expectations.
  • Maintain excellent client relationships and communicate effectively with stakeholders.
  • Foster a culture of innovation and excellence within the team.

What You Need:
Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or a related field.
CPEng status preferred.
8+ years as a Civil Engineer delivering land development projects in New Zealand.
Ideal 2+ years team leadership experience with the ability to drive a positive culture.
