Job Description
We are seeking an experienced Forklift Repair Technician to join our busy Service Team. As a technically minded individual with a strong work ethic, you will be responsible for diagnosing and troubleshooting software and hardware issues on various sizes and models of forklifts. Your exceptional eye for detail and mechanical aptitude will enable you to provide world-class service to our customers.
Responsibilities:
- Diagnose and troubleshoot software and hardware issues on forklifts
- Servicing and repairs on various sizes and models of forklifts
- Order Spare Parts through the Parts Portal
- Liaise face to face with customers
Required Skills and Qualifications:
You will need to have at least 5 years' experience in Forklift repairs, be trade certified, and possess excellent communication skills. You should also be self-motivated with a can-do attitude, able to work autonomously, and have a strong appreciation for health and safety.
