About This Opportunity

This is a full-time position working 40 hours per week on a fixed-term for 12 months to cover parental leave.

As a Registered Health Professional, you will be joining a multi-disciplinary team dedicated to providing high-quality care to individuals with serious mental disorders.

You will work closely with colleagues to deliver effective triage, assessment, and management of clients, while maintaining a focus on patient-centred care and community-based support.

Your Skills and Qualifications

  • Current registration as a Registered Nurse, Occupational Therapist or Social Worker
  • At least two years of experience in a mental health setting
  • Strong cultural awareness and ability to work effectively with diverse communities
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
