As a key member of our team, the Student Wellbeing Coordinator will play a vital role in providing healthcare services for students and staff, managing the health centre resources effectively, and supporting referrals to in-house services.

The successful candidate will be responsible for:

  • Coordinating the health centre and ensuring its smooth operation
  • Managing health centre resources, including personnel and facilities
  • Acting as a first responder in emergency situations
  • Maintaining accurate records and documentation of student information
  • Providing administrative and pastoral support to students and staff

We value Manaakitanga, Mahi Tahi, and Mana Motuhake at Tauranga Girls' College. This role is a permanent, part-time position of 27.5 hours per week, term time only, and falls within Grade 3 Steps 5-8 of the Support Staff Collective.
