Salary: Our salary package is a 50/50 Split basis, with a variable component that is uncapped, allowing you to discuss your expectations with us.

Job Description: As an Account Executive for the New Zealand market (Auckland), you will thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and bring expertise to a rapidly growing construction industry. Your day will be focused on generating revenue and building long-term customer relationships in existing and new accounts by:

  • Developing and executing sales strategies for your assigned territory in conjunction with the Regional Sales Director and our global goals
  • Driving revenue growth within your assigned territory by identifying opportunities, managing the sales cycle, and successfully closing deals with both existing clients and prospective customers
  • Effectively communicating Thinkproject's value proposition, including concise elevator pitches, strategic overviews, and interactive workshops, ensuring that the message resonates with the target audience and reaches the appropriate stakeholders

Required Skills and Qualifications: To succeed in this role, you will need to have a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales quotas, experience managing the entire sales cycle, from prospecting to negotiating complex deals to successful close, expertise in consultative and solution-based selling approaches, and relevant experience proving an understanding of industry customer pain points or selling software vendor solutions. You must also possess exceptional communication, presentation, and storytelling abilities to engage customers and stakeholders effectively.
