Job Summary

We are seeking a vigilant and proactive Risk Management Specialist to join our team.

Your primary focus will be on preventing theft and maintaining a secure environment.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Monitor security cameras for potential risks
  • Maintain a visible presence on the shop floor to deter unauthorized activities
  • Engage with customers and address their concerns in a professional manner
  • Upload events onto our crime reporting platform

Working Hours:

Tuesday: 5.5 hours

Wednesday: 5.5 hours

Thursday: 6 hours

Friday: 6 hours

Saturday: 6 hours

About You

You should have experience in a customer-facing role or similar environment.

Good communication skills, a positive attitude, and a willingness to learn are essential for success in this position.

You should be comfortable standing for extended periods and possess conflict resolution and de-escalation skills.
