Role Overview
We are seeking an experienced Service Desk Analyst to join our Digital Business team. Reporting to the Service Delivery Manager, this permanent full-time position will focus on delivering first-level support for employees through the CIP Service Portal and phone inquiries within defined Service Level Agreements.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide technical assistance for various systems, including laptops, PCs, Citrix, Microsoft Windows 10, Microsoft Office 365, CRM, MS Teams, and bespoke business applications.
- Escalate complex issues to senior technicians and collaborate with internal stakeholders to resolve problems efficiently.
- Maintain accurate records of incidents and requests, ensuring seamless communication with customers and internal teams.
Requirements
- Minimum one year of experience in a service desk or IT support role.
- Possess strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
