About the Role:

  • You will collaborate with Enterprise Support Technical Account managers to deliver high-quality services and recommendations to our clients, driving transformation, improved operations, and reduced costs.
  • You will work hand-in-hand with Amazon Web Service engineers, Service Teams, Technical Account Managers, and customers to resolve complex issues and escalate concerns in a timely manner.
  • You will interact with customers during service disruptions to assess and mitigate potential impacts.
  • You will utilize customer account tools to gather insights and address client needs.
  • You will compile regular cloud services operational and cost analysis reports for our clients.
  • You will conduct introductory customer technical enablement sessions, promoting knowledge sharing and collaboration.
  • You will serve as a voice for our clients' requirements within AWS, ensuring their needs are met and valued.
  • You will co-participate with Technical Account Managers in customer- requested meetings.
  • You will continually expand your knowledge of cloud computing through certification, training, and hands-on experience.
