We are seeking a Client Success Specialist to join our team at Dreame Technology. As a Client Success Specialist, you will play a critical role in developing and maintaining strategic relationships with key accounts, driving sales growth, and ensuring customer satisfaction. Your primary responsibilities will include:
- Developing and executing strategic sales plans to achieve sales targets and drive revenue growth.
- Building and maintaining strong relationships with key stakeholders, including country managers, sales teams, and customers.
- Providing market insights and competitor analysis to support business development initiatives.
- Maintaining accurate records of sales performance, customer interactions, and market trends.
- 5+ years' experience in account management, preferably within consumer electronics.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and managing key accounts.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence at all levels.
