About the Role:

We are seeking a Client Success Specialist to join our team at Dreame Technology. As a Client Success Specialist, you will play a critical role in developing and maintaining strategic relationships with key accounts, driving sales growth, and ensuring customer satisfaction. Your primary responsibilities will include:
  1. Developing and executing strategic sales plans to achieve sales targets and drive revenue growth.
  2. Building and maintaining strong relationships with key stakeholders, including country managers, sales teams, and customers.
  3. Providing market insights and competitor analysis to support business development initiatives.
  4. Maintaining accurate records of sales performance, customer interactions, and market trends.
Key qualifications include:
  • 5+ years' experience in account management, preferably within consumer electronics.
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets and managing key accounts.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence at all levels.
