About the Role:

We are seeking a Senior Leader to oversee the design and delivery of our three-year rolling capital programme, ensuring fit-for-purpose water infrastructure solutions for our shareholders.

The successful candidate will provide leadership over consultancy and contractor services, driving performance and delivering projects on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

This role is critical in leading the region's capital delivery programme, creating positive outcomes for our community and fostering strong relationships with external stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the design and delivery of the capital programme
  • Drive performance and ensure projects are completed on time and to budget
  • Build strong relationships with delivery partners and external stakeholders
  • Foster a culture of innovation and continuous improvement

About You:

We are looking for a Senior Leader with significant experience in project and programme leadership, commercial acumen, and financial planning. You should have excellent communication and relationship management skills, with the ability to build trust and gain buy-in from governing and external stakeholders.

You will be responsible for identifying and mitigating organisational risks, developing policies and practices that reduce risk, and structuring large multi-disciplined programmes involving external consultancy panels.
