  • Work closely with key market leaders to understand clients' current and future project requirements.
  • Collaborate with other managers to adopt new ways of working and drive business growth.

**Requirements:**

  • Experience in people leadership and/or business management.
  • Strong understanding of employment issues from a people leadership perspective.
  • Ability to balance competing time commitments and make commercial decisions.
  • Certified professional engineer (CPE) or equivalent.
