Role Overview
The Senior Adviser, Foundational Progress and Achievement contributes to the design of foundational curriculum and assessment supports and products. They work with stakeholders to provide timely, creative, quality advice and support for teaching and learning development and initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

  • Work in a collaborative way with key stakeholders to provide practical solutions for supporting core curriculum, teaching and learning development and initiatives.
  • Contribute to plans to support the rollout of new initiatives developing information tools and resources that build capability and knowledge.
  • Establish and coordinate information collection, planning and consultation processes which feed into the development of curriculum, teaching and learning design and professional capability building.
  • Track, anticipate and respond to emerging issues that pose potential risk, advising on priorities and focusing effort when it has the most impact.

Salary and Benefits
We offer a salary range of $84,425 - $102,271 per annum + 3% KiwiSaver. The successful candidate will be appointed at a salary which reflects individual skills and experience. We also offer flexible working arrangements where everyone feels valued & supported.
