- Demonstrates good knowledge of the current ECE regulations and Te Whāriki, with a strong commitment to compliance
- Integrates the principles of Te Tiriti o Waitangi in their pedagogical practice
- Is passionate about teaching and committed to delivering high-quality learning experiences
