- Provide advice on the implementation of strategies to improve educational outcomes for Māori students
- Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders to support the delivery of Māori leadership initiatives
- Participate in policy development and implementation related to Māori education
- Contribute to the identification and development of solutions to address barriers to Māori student success
Requirements:
- A degree in education or a related field
- At least 5 years of experience in leading or supporting Māori leadership initiatives
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- A strong understanding of Māori culture and language
