Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Administrative Support Coordinator to join our team. As an key member of our housing services team, you will be responsible for providing efficient and proactive administrative support to ensure our offices run smoothly.

You will work alongside and support a dedicated team of customer-facing roles, to ensure our people and customers are supported and set-up for success. You'll be the first point of contact for customers visiting our office, and will deal with customer communications and queries, as well as providing internal administrative support and coordination across our local office.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Providing administrative support to the housing services team
  • Coordinating internal and external communications
  • Scheduling appointments and managing calendars
  • Maintaining accurate records and databases

Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A high level of computer literacy and experience using Microsoft Office
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • The ability to remain calm and resilient in sometimes pressured environments
  • A sound understanding of confidentiality and discretion
  • Experience providing senior-level administrative support in a complex organisation
