Job Description:
In this role, you will have the opportunity to work on a wide variety of high-end projects, including hardscape and softscape installation, lawn and turf preparation, irrigation systems, client coordination, quality control, and safety standards. As a Landscape Construction Team Leader, you will be responsible for leading a team of experienced professionals and ensuring that all work meets the highest standards of quality and safety.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Work closely with project managers to ensure that client expectations are met and timelines are adhered to.
  • Lead a team of experienced professionals in the installation of hardscape and softscape features, including retaining walls, gravel areas, concrete, paving, fences, decks, trellises, pergolas, BBQ areas, and more.
  • Develop and implement effective solutions for lawn and turf preparation, including spreading topsoil, planting grass, and laying instant turf.
  • Install and maintain irrigation systems to ensure efficient watering.
  • Conduct regular quality control checks to ensure that all work meets design specifications and quality standards.
  • Maintain a clean and organised work site, and ensure that team members work in a safe environment.

Requirements:
