Job Description

This is an exciting opportunity for experienced retail leaders to join our MECCA family and drive success in key roles including Store Manager, Floor Manager and Assistant Store Managers (2IC), Zone Manager (3IC), and Store Operations Manager.

  • As a Store Manager, you'll lead by example, motivating your team to achieve key performance indicators and drive sales growth.
  • You'll mentor and develop your team members, fostering a culture of collaboration and continuous improvement.
  • In close partnership with State and Regional management, you'll ensure seamless store operations and deliver an unparalleled customer experience.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead a high-performing team to achieve business objectives and drive sales growth.

Requirements

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

  • Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to influence and motivate others.
  • A deep understanding of the beauty industry and a passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences.
  • Proven track record of driving sales growth and improving operational efficiency.
  • Exceptional organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
