We're Looking for a Proven Leader

Cgr Services is searching for a seasoned Retail Operations Director to join our team in Britomart. As a key player in our retail leadership, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of retail operations, ensuring each location achieves its sales targets while delivering an exceptional customer experience.

About the Role

In this Cluster Retail Manager position, you will have the opportunity to drive sales, build community connections, and cultivate a customer-first culture. You will work closely with our National Retail Manager and global team to develop strategies that align with our brand values and mission.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and motivate a high-performing team to exceed KPIs and sales targets.
  • Develop and implement strategies to deliver an exceptional in-store experience that aligns with our brand and values.
  • Manage store operations, including stock control, pricing, cash handling, security, and visual merchandising.
  • B Bring the brand to life through local activations, events, and partnerships.
  • Champion in-store training to grow product knowledge and sales confidence.
  • Ensure stores are compliant, safe, and aligned with company standards.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in a senior retail leadership role with a track record of driving sales and leading a team.
  • Driven by sales targets and KPI's.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think on your feet in a fast-moving environment.
  • Passion for sustainability, outdoor sports, and our brand mission.
  • Solid understanding of retail operations, including POS systems, stock management, and customer service best practices.
  • A proactive, hands-on approach with the ability to build an inclusive and motivated team culture.
  • An experienced retail leader, ideally with multi-site or high-volume experience.
