**Job Description:**
We are seeking a dedicated design engineer to join our Research & Development (R&D) team for Gasketed Plate Heat Exchangers (GPHE) in Lund, Sweden. This role will involve working on new product development, contributing to the growth and success of our Business Unit Gasketed Plate Heat Exchangers. As a design engineer, you will be responsible for developing future products, collaborating with project teams, and analyzing technical challenges. Your passion for new challenges and drive towards results will make you an ideal fit for this position.
**Required Skills and Qualifications:**
* A degree in mechanical or industrial engineering with a focus on product development or mechanics
* Broad mechanical knowledge, a passion for technical challenges, and experience in design and development work
* Experience with 3D CAD, FEA, and PDM systems
* Good English language skills in speech and writing
