About the Role
In this position, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining the Engineering Configurator (eConfigurator) for our Gasketed Plate Heat Exchanger (GPHE) products. The eConfigurator handles all technical rules for product variance and is integrated in the overall Sales configurator. You will work closely with our design engineers, product managers, sales teams, and manufacturing departments to ensure seamless integration and collaboration. Your key responsibilities will include managing product data in the eConfigurator, driving and implementing integrations for data transfer into the eConfigurator, improving efficiency, and verifying and testing of the data in both the eConfigurator and in the auto-generated 3D- and 2D CAD representations.

Main Responsibilities
  • Managing product data in the eConfigurator.

Requirements
To succeed in this role, you will need to have a strong background in mechanical engineering or a related field, coupled with an interest in programming. You should have excellent communication and presentation skills and be fluent in business English. Additionally, you should have an interest in and understanding of the technical domain, combined with a functional and business-oriented understanding. Experience from product information modelling or working with software tools such as Tacton Studio, Palma, Autodesk Inventor, Autodesk Vault, Postman, Visual Studio or Teamcenter is also meriting. General programming experience and knowledge of API programming is also valuable.
