The Role

We are looking for an experienced Client Marketing Director to join our central Auckland city team. As a key liaison between clients and internal teams, you will ensure campaigns are executed seamlessly, on time, and with excellent results.

To succeed in this role, you will have 5+ years of experience in account management within an agency or marketing environment and a strong understanding of retail and FMCG marketing. You will have excellent client relationship and stakeholder management skills and be able to juggle multiple projects, deadlines, and priorities with confidence.

You will work closely with creative teams to develop strategic plans and execute effective marketing campaigns. Your passion for innovation and emerging retail technologies—whether it is AI-driven targeting, in-store digital experiences, or new consumer engagement tools—is essential. You will also have a proactive and solutions-focused approach, always looking for ways to add value.
