The Role

We are currently seeking a skilled and experienced Disability Support Professional to join our team in West/Central Auckland. In this rewarding role, you will work directly with individuals with intellectual disabilities, supporting them to achieve their goals and pursue their interests.

Your Key Responsibilities

  • You will work closely with our support teams to develop and implement personalized care plans that promote independence and quality of life for our clients.">
  • You will provide direct support to individuals with intellectual disabilities, assisting them with daily living tasks, accessing community resources, and pursuing their goals and interests.">
  • You will work collaboratively with family members, whanau, and other stakeholders to ensure seamless communication and support.">

To be successful in this role, you will possess excellent interpersonal skills, a strong ability to empathize with others, and a passion for making a positive difference in people's lives.

As a dedicated and compassionate professional, you will be committed to ongoing learning and development, and will have a keen interest in exploring innovative ways to support individuals with intellectual disabilities.

In return for your dedication and expertise, we offer a competitive salary ranging from $23.84-$29.10 per hour, depending on your qualifications and experience. You will also have access to generous long service leave entitlements, comprehensive insurance benefits, and the opportunity to earn additional income through our 'Refer a Friend' program.
