We're seeking a seasoned HR professional to join our award-winning People Experience team as a Talent Acquisition Specialist. As a key member of our recruitment team, you will play a critical role in driving employee-related initiatives and providing comprehensive HR support to our tech and line of business teams.
Key Responsibilities- Advising and coaching people leaders on employee relations issues, providing guidance on policy interpretation and compliance with local laws and legislation;
- Providing strategic HR support and guidance on various initiatives for individual lines of business, including organisational restructuring, workforce planning, and talent management;
- Serving as a main point of contact for employee relations matters, including conflict resolution, disciplinary actions, and grievance procedures;
- Conducting detailed investigations into employee grievances or concerns, ensuring fair and impartial outcomes;
- Collaborating with the broader People Experience team to develop and implement People strategies aligned with MYOB's goals and encouraging a positive culture within MYOB;
- Analysing key People metrics and data to identify trends and areas for improvement, providing insights to inform decision-making and drive continuous improvement.
The skills you will need:
- Solid understanding of current Australian and New Zealand employment legislation;
- Demonstrable experience in HR/People Experience, with a focus on employee relations and business partnership;
- Excellent understanding of organisational development principles, L&D and talent processes;
- Proven experience working in a senior People advisory capacity;
- Experience implementing and delivering on key HR/PX projects and programmes;
- Experience with HR and Talent Management software, reporting and analytics.
