Job DescriptionThe Resident Care Manager directs, coordinates, and supervises care services provided by care associates for the residents within the Assisted Living Department. The role requires ensuring exemplary service delivery with integrity, dignity, and compassion.
Responsibilities include:
- Monitoring and evaluating assigned residents and assessing levels of care as needed.
- Assisting residents with simple requests and finding appropriate associates to assist.
- Supervising departmental operations on a day-to-day basis under the guidance of the department director or Executive Director.
- Responding to residents, family members, and staff in a tactful and timely manner.
- Overseeing resident medication programs and monitoring physician orders.
- Assisting with scheduling for care associates.
