We are looking for a skilled Registered Nurse to lead our Special Care Unit team at Ryman Healthcare.
This is an excellent opportunity to develop your clinical leadership skills and make a meaningful impact on the lives of our residents.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement strategies to improve care quality and patient outcomes.
- Foster open communication among team members and promote a culture of respect and trust.
- Build strong relationships with residents, families/whanau, and external partners to ensure seamless care delivery.
- Collaborate with the Clinical Manager and Village Manager to achieve operational goals.
About You
- You will be a qualified Registered Nurse with extensive experience in a similar role.
- Strong leadership and interpersonal skills are essential for success in this position.
- You must be able to think critically and solve problems effectively.
