We are a leading organisation in Porirua seeking an enthusiastic Administrator/Receptionist to join our team. We pride ourselves on providing exceptional customer service and fostering a positive work environment.

Key Responsibilities
As the first point of contact, you will be responsible for answering calls, directing clients to the right area, and assisting with paperwork and system entries. You will also organise appointments, bookings, and handle ad-hoc administrative tasks as required.

Requirements
To succeed in this role, you will need excellent written and verbal communication skills, a bright and cheerful disposition, and the ability to relate to people of all backgrounds. Intermediate computer skills, including Word, Excel, and data entry, are also essential. Additionally, willingness to work weekends on a rostered basis is a must.
