Senior Resource Planning Manager

About the Role: We are seeking a Senior Resource Planning Manager to lead one of our Resource Consents Teams. As a key member of our planning section leadership group, you will play a vital role in ensuring the resource consents function is delivered effectively, efficiently, and with a strong focus on outstanding customer service.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead a team of planners to deliver high-quality planning analysis and manage day-to-day workload
- Make decisions on resource consent applications within delegated authority
- Manage Environment Court appeals
- Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to achieve organisational goals
About You: To be successful in this role, you will have a strong background in resource consent planning, with a minimum of 5 years' experience working at a senior level. You will be a clear and confident communicator, able to use your influence to bring people along with you. You will also be a people leader, able to provide high-quality coaching and mentoring to team members.
