We are seeking a dedicated Clinical Nurse Specialist to join our team and contribute to our mission of empowering Pacific peoples to manage their diabetes and optimise their health. In this role, you will work closely with communities to promote health and wellbeing and develop strategies to improve health outcomes.
Your Key Responsibilities Will Include:
- Developing and implementing effective strategies to improve health outcomes and diabetes management among Pacific peoples
- Collaborating with multidisciplinary teams to deliver high-quality care that values the physical, mental, and spiritual wellbeing of Pacific peoples
- Building relationships with communities to promote health and wellbeing and address health disparities
A postgraduate qualification is desirable, and you should be willing to work towards obtaining a RN prescribing endorsement.
