Residential Care Worker

As a Caregiver at Bupa, you'll work under the guidance of qualified nursing staff and management to deliver our person-first commitment to care. Your primary role will be to provide personal care assistance with daily living activities, such as bathing, dressing, and toileting, while treating residents with respect and dignity. This includes mobility assistance in accordance with resident care plans and maintaining accurate healthcare documentation as required.
About Our ResidentsOur residents are at the heart of everything we do. We're looking for individuals who are passionate about delivering high-quality care to residents in line with their individual care plans. An NZQA Health and Wellbeing Certificate Level 2-4 is preferred, but not essential. Ideally, you'll have a minimum of 1 year of experience within aged care. If you're confident in your communication, interpersonal, and teamwork abilities, and demonstrate genuine enthusiasm and dedication to care, we'd love to hear from you.
