About the Role

We are seeking a highly organised and proactive Executive Assistant to provide critical support to the Dean of the Faculty of Culture and Society at Auckland University of Technology (AUT).

This role is pivotal in ensuring the smooth operation of the Dean's office, managing executive administration, coordinating key projects, and fostering strong stakeholder relationships.

The Key Responsibilities

  • Diary and schedule management - ensuring the Dean's time is effectively allocated
  • Stakeholder engagement - liaising with internal and external partners, including senior leaders, industry professionals, and academic staff
  • Event coordination - supporting faculty events and high-profile meetings
  • Administrative excellence - managing correspondence, preparing reports, and handling confidential information with discretion
  • Strategic support - contributing to special projects and initiatives that drive faculty success

About You

To thrive in this role, you will need to be a seasoned Executive Assistant with experience supporting senior leaders in a complex organisation.

You will bring:

A relevant tertiary qualification or significant experience in a senior EA/PA role is essential.
