Healthcare Facilitator New Zealand

We are seeking a dedicated and highly motivated individual to join our team as a Healthcare Facilitator. In this role, you will play a key part in coordinating the effective functioning of Te Kāika Wellbeing Hub and the Health New Zealand services. You will be responsible for ensuring administration and service standards are met and complaints are resolved. Additionally, you will work closely with stakeholders to establish and develop relationships that support the health needs of the community.
About the Role
This is an exciting opportunity to work in a dynamic environment where you will have the chance to make a real difference in the lives of people across New Zealand. As a Healthcare Facilitator, you will be responsible for ensuring that Health NZ outpatient services delivered from Te Kāika Wellbeing Hub are run in a way which best supports the health needs of the community. You will also work closely with Charge Nurse Managers to provide service support to 4th Floor and Frederick Street Outpatients and Ward 4b. Furthermore, you will facilitate constructive communication and collaboration between partners and services and solve problems as they arise. About You
To be successful in this role, you will need to have excellent written and verbal communication skills, as well as the ability to work independently and as part of a team. You will also need to have experience implementing Te Tiriti o Waitangi and using a wide range of information technology tools. Additionally, you will need to be comfortable interacting with a variety of people and attending to issues that arise.
