Job Opportunity

We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Strategy Consultant to join our team in New Zealand & the South Pacific. As a Senior Strategy Consultant, you will work alongside Account Executives to identify, sell in, and take ownership of a program of consulting engagements with key clients that supports the growth of their business as well as Visa's.

  • You will be responsible for identifying new business development opportunities and designing and overseeing the successful delivery of high-quality client engagements.
  • Work in close partnership with Account Executives to develop a deep understanding of client needs and challenges.
  • Participate in account planning and identify a program of advisory opportunities that will support the growth of our clients' business.

Your Responsibilities

  • Prepare client project proposals for each advisory opportunity, engaging with clients to clearly define objectives, working with VCA's Practice team to agree scope, approach, and deliverables, define roles and responsibilities, and delivery timelines.
  • Manage execution of one or more project engagements, building client relationships, utilizing governance frameworks, and mitigating/resolving complex problems that emerge.
  • Design and deliver compelling presentations to illustrate findings, ideas, and recommendations and support implementation at the client onsite.
