**About the Role:**

We are looking for a skilled and enthusiastic Sales Representative to join our team in Christchurch and surrounding areas. As a Field Sales Representative or Territory Manager, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining relationships with our customers, identifying new opportunities, and driving business growth.

**Responsibilities:**

* Manage a portfolio of customers across the Christchurch and surrounding areas, providing exceptional customer service and building strong relationships.

* Conduct regular site visits to check equipment and provide technical support as needed.

* Identify new opportunities and customers within your territory to drive incremental revenue and profit.

* Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve targets and exceed expectations.

* Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure seamless delivery of products and services.

**Qualifications:**

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • Coffee industry experience and/or knowledge and barista experience - highly desirable.
  • A proven track record of success in sales, with a strong understanding of the coffee and tea market.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and colleagues.
  • A flexible and adaptable approach, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • A full clean driver's license and the willingness to be on the road the majority of your time.
