The Job Description

You will be responsible for influencing sales, excelling in customer service, and sharing your knowledge of our products and brand. Key responsibilities include:

Main Responsibilities
  1. Achieve and exceed individual and store sales targets by using effective selling skills, focusing on up-selling, units per transaction, and average transaction value.
  2. Build the bond between our brand and our customer by answering queries, providing exemplary service, and adapting your approach depending on individuals' personalities, loves, and needs.
  3. Learn and confidently share Pandora product knowledge to maximise sales and provide an unforgettable customer experience.
  4. Encourage customer loyalty by discussing upcoming collection launches and obtaining customer data.
  5. Assist with product deliveries, unloading, and storing in the correct spaces in store.
  6. Merchandise the store and maintain high shop floor standards, taking pride in your environment.
  7. Operate the till system, handle financial transactions, including returns and exchanges.
