Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organised and communicative Maintenance Administrator to join our team. As a key member of our property operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of maintenance-related tasks.

Duties and Responsibilities:

  1. Triage and manage email inbox, prioritising urgent matters
  2. Action minor queries and escalate complex issues to relevant teams
  3. Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities
  4. Develop and maintain effective relationships with customers and internal stakeholders

Qualifications and Requirements:

  • Demonstrated ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong organisational and time management skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Proven customer service experience
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite
