We are seeking a highly skilled Direct Marketing Specialist to join our team at FleetPartners Group. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and executing effective email marketing campaigns to drive engagement, retention, and revenue growth within our audience base.

The ideal candidate will have mid-level experience in managing customer lifecycle, email marketing or marketing automation in a B2B or B2C environment. Proficiency in marketing automation platforms such as Hubspot and exposure to CRMs like Salesforce is essential.

We are looking for someone with a good understanding of email marketing best practice, segmentation, lead nurturing and customer journey mapping. Solid knowledge of marketing automation concepts, including workflows, triggers, lead scoring and reporting is also required.

Key responsibilities include creating engaging and targeted email campaigns, collaborating with the Marketing team to create compelling email content, managing and developing further the customer lifecycle program and creating and managing customer data and segmentation within data platforms.

  • Create engaging and targeted email campaigns that effectively communicate key messages and drive customer engagement, conversions, and retention across all FleetPartners audience segments.
