The Opportunity

You will oversee the entire learning technology infrastructure at Whitecliffe ensuring it remains a robust, reliable platform for our learning community. You will work with faculty, students, and other stakeholders to implement solutions that enhance education delivery in a culture that values creativity and innovation.

Your Responsibilities

  • Analyse learning data and user feedback to enhance training effectiveness, usability and accessibility of the platforms.
  • Implement best practices in Canvas administration including configuration, maintenance, updates and troubleshooting.
  • Collaborate with subject matter experts and learning designers to develop eLearning content, blended learning programs and other digital learning experiences.

Requirements

  • Experience of working in an educational or training setting, promoting and supporting staff and student engagement.
  • Proven expertise in Canvas LMS configuration, administration and user management.
  • Strong understanding of instructional design principles and eLearning development methodologies.
