Heavy Equipment Technician Wanted

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Heavy Equipment Technician to join our team at Easy Transport Limited in Auckland. As a key member of our operations team, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the reliability and efficiency of our fleet.
Key Responsibilities:
- Diesel Engine Expertise
- Diagnose and repair complex mechanical and electrical faults in diesel engines.
- Equipment Maintenance
- Conduct regular maintenance services, including oil changes, wheel balancing, alignment, and brake checks.
- Quality Control
- Maintain accurate records of work completed and ensure all repairs meet the highest standards of quality.
The ideal candidate will have:
- A minimum of three years' experience as a Heavy Equipment Technician or equivalent qualification.
- In-depth knowledge of tools, equipment, and procedures used in overhaul, repair, and adjustment of heavy equipment.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Salary: $29.66 per hour (guaranteed 35 hours per week).
