**The Opportunity**

We are seeking a motivated Junior Environmental Site Assessor to join our team in Ottawa, London, Waterloo, Markham, Thunder Bay or Hamilton offices. As a Junior Environmental Site Assessor, you will have the opportunity to work on a variety of projects, including site investigation and remediation, and contribute to the growth and success of our organization.

**Key Responsibilities**

  • Complete field work and reporting to support site investigation and remediation projects across Ontario.
  • Provide technical support on Phase I Environmental Site Assessments (ESA), Phase II ESAs, remediation programs, and hydrogeological investigations.
  • Review health and safety and project requirements/work plans and travel to project sites as required to execute field programs.

**Requirements**

  • Energetic, team-oriented professional with a close attention to detail.
  • Ability to work with minimum supervision and communicate effectively with technical and management personnel remotely.
  • Working knowledge of field sampling techniques is preferred.
  • Willing and able to travel and periodically work extended hours (including up to 12-hour days and occasional weekends depending on project requirements) and work outdoors in inclement weather.
