This Is An It Support Group holds a long-term contract with the Department of Corrections and the Ministry of Justice, providing proactive management and delivery of facilities including 15 prisons, 100 courts, and 157 community correctional sites. Our contract underpins the provision of availability of facilities to support core Government services.

The Role

We are seeking a skilled individual to provide on-site support ensuring compliance with the Resource Management Act (RMA), with a focus on stormwater and groundwater. This involves supporting water operations to help meet the New Zealand Drinking Water Standards and assisting clients in achieving their goals within the capabilities of treatment assets.

Key Responsibilities

Ensuring RMA compliance for stormwater and groundwater managementSupporting water operations to meet drinking water standardsCollaborating with clients to achieve their goals

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will require:

Knowledge of environmental/RMA complianceKnowledge of water treatment systems, including water samplingA valid Class 1 Driver's LicenseStrong communication skills, both verbal and writtenAbility to work collaboratively in a teamComputer literacy and a strong sense of responsibility and risk awareness
