About the RoleYou will play a key role in delivering outstanding care, ensuring the health and wellbeing of our residents, and supporting a team of care staff to maintain our high standards. This role requires strong clinical and communication skills, as well as a compassionate and empathetic approach to care.
Key Responsibilities:- Provide high-quality nursing care to residents, taking into account their individual needs and preferences.
- Administer medications safely and accurately, adhering to regulatory guidelines and protocols.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date care plans, ensuring compliance with CQC standards and regulations.
- Monitor and assess residents' health, responding promptly to changes in condition or symptoms.
- Support and mentor care staff during night shifts, fostering a positive working environment and promoting teamwork.
- Ensure a safe and secure environment for residents and staff, adhering to health and safety protocols.
- A competitive salary up to £56,160 (based on a 48 hour working week).
