Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Risk Management Specialist to join our team. As a Senior Risk Specialty Liability, you will provide expert advice on risk management issues to internal business partners and external customers by being a strategic partner to the customer's Risk Manager and by providing extensive risk insights.

You will assess the quality of complex risks as described in the appropriate standard(s) and related competency level and assess loss potentials in accordance with agreed definitions. You will also support external customers by identifying and reducing the risks that they face individually and on an overall account basis.

In this role, you will provide appropriate risk improvement advice, conduct loss investigations (including both trend and root cause analysis), and implement risk improvement programs related to Liability. You will share technical expertise with colleagues, business partners, and customers through training delivery or participation in a Centre of Expertise or industry segment.

The successful candidate will have a Bachelor's Degree or 6 years of experience in the Risk Engineering area related to Liability. They will also possess experience working in a team environment and be proficient in French and English. Prior experience in complex liability is considered a strong asset, and CRM or CIP Designations are also highly valued.
