Job Overview

We are looking for an onsite IT & network support engineer/technician to provide technical assistance in your area. The ideal candidate will be responsible for supporting various tasks on a contractual basis.

Tickets will be dispatched based on the technician's location, and they can work according to their availability (weekdays, weekends). Tasks will be related to L1 & L2 IT/networking, such as desktop support, server maintenance, hardware installation, and replacement. Additionally, the successful candidate must provide on-site assistance with console access to routers, switches, and firewalls.

Key Responsibilities

  • Providing technical support for various third-party applications on Windows platforms
  • Expertise in system desktop administration, customer service, incident/change/release management
  • Technical troubleshooting and hands-on experience with different OS, such as iOS, Android, Windows, and Blackberry devices
  • Basic understanding of DHCP, DNS, IP addressing, fixing wireless LAN, Ethernet desktop configuration issues, and subnetting

Requirements

  • Professionally trained and certified in IT Infrastructure Library and Windows Server Administration
  • Entry-level professional with a sharp focus on utilizing programming techniques for various initiative activities
