Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled IT & Network Support Engineer/Technician to provide on-site technical assistance in various areas. The ideal candidate will be responsible for resolving L1 and L2 IT/Networking related issues, including desktop support, server maintenance, hardware installation and replacement, and providing remote assistance using console access.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Expertise in System Desktop Administration
  • Customer Service and Incident Management
  • Support for various third-party applications on Windows Platforms

Requirements:

Professionally trained and certified in IT Infrastructure Library and Windows Server Administration. Basic understanding of DHCP, DNS, IP addressing, wireless LAN configuration, Ethernet desktop setup, and subnetting. Technical troubleshooting experience with different OS, such as iOS, Android, Windows, and Blackberry devices.

Working Arrangements:

This is a contract role with flexible working hours, including weekdays and weekends. Tasks will be dispatched based on your location and availability.
