About the Role:

This role offers the opportunity to work on a variety of projects, including commercial agreements, contracts, and other agreements. You will be working closely with the Senior Legal Counsel and Head of Legal to provide legal advice and support.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide legal advice to support various teams from procurement to exploration
  • Assist in preparing and negotiating commercial arrangements, contracts, and other agreements
  • Support business development activities, including acquisitions and divestments

Requirements:

  • Background in corporate/commercial law
  • 5-10 years of post-qualification experience
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
