This position will be working with our lovely residents who need an experienced and reliable person with a passion for dementia care.We have two part-time positions available working either:Sunday to Tuesday 0700-1030Sunday to Thursday 1700-2000In this role you will:Oversee residents providing activities to engage themFollow our residents' individual care plans, providing care that would be good enough for your own mum, dad, nana, or poppaEngage with our residents and develop lasting relationships with them and their familiesUse the latest technology - including our own purpose-built care app myRymanTake time to learn about each and every resident, their background, and what makes them happy to help them enjoy life to the fullestAbout YouTo thrive in our supportive and caring environment you will have:Strong empathyKindness in your DNAA reliable, friendly, and professional styleHave obtained or are willing to complete the relevant unit standards (or an equivalent qualification as approved by Ryman), within 18 months of their employment commencement dateAbout RymanAt Ryman, we believe the measure of a full life is one that gets richer with age.
