The Role
As a Personal Care Support Worker with Dovida, you will provide essential support to your clients, becoming an integral part of their Circle of Care. Whether it's assisting with daily tasks or offering companionship, you will bring kindness, respect, and understanding into their home. We celebrate what makes you unique and provide the resources you need to grow and thrive.
Your Responsibilities
- Providing personal care and companionship
- Assisting with household tasks, including meal preparation
- Medication reminders
- Transporting clients to appointments and social outings
What We're Looking For
A big heart, patience, and a desire to improve the lives of seniors and their families. A friendly, approachable personality and the ability to build strong relationships. Strong English skills are a must, and speaking languages other than English is a plus. You'll also need a valid Full New Zealand Driver License, reliable car with insurance, and current WOF.
